One house, many welcomes
How Mohinisagar Ventures India and Padharo Sa look, sound and feel. Use this page when designing menus, signboards, social posts, packaging or anything that carries our name.
Every guest, welcomed like family.
Personality: warm, rooted, generous, proud of Rajasthan, honest about food.
Never: flashy, cold, cheap-looking or fusion for its own sake.
The house and its brands
Mohinisagar is the family name, from our forefathers Mohini Devi and Sagar Mal Sharma. Mohinisagar Agro Exim (rice) and Mohinisagar Ventures India (hospitality) sit under it. Each hospitality business is its own brand and carries the line “by Mohinisagar”.
Future brand names are working titles.
Why we exist
In Rajasthan, a guest is welcomed with two words, “Padharo Sa”, and is not allowed to leave hungry. The Mohinisagar family carried that custom from Rajasthan to Karnal, where years in the grain trade added a second belief: good food starts with good ingredients. Our brands exist to share that welcome.
- The desert taught us to share.
- The grain taught us quality.
- The guest is why we cook.
For families and food lovers in Karnal who want a real taste of Rajasthan, Padharo Sa is the pure vegetarian Rajasthani restaurant that serves every guest with the warmth of a Rajasthani home, because it is run by a family that grew up with that food.

Our marks

The Haveli Doors mark: a haveli arch whose two doorways form an “m”, a gold diamond for the welcome lamp, and a wave below for Sagar. Two doors stand for one house with many businesses.
Do
- Use the round Padharo Sa logo in full colour on ivory, white or maroon.
- Keep clear space around it equal to the height of the word “SA”.
- Use it at least 80 px wide on screens and 25 mm in print.
- Use the Mohinisagar Haveli Doors logo for the company, invoices, letterheads and the website; Padharo Sa keeps its own round logo.
Don't
- Stretch, rotate, recolour or add effects to the logo.
- Place it on busy photos without a solid backing.
- Redraw the pagdi, odhni or lettering.
- Merge the Padharo Sa logo into the Mohinisagar logo, or add text inside the arch.

How we speak
Like a Rajasthani host: warm, respectful, a little proud and never pushy. Hindi first, English beneath, so every guest feels at home.
“Please come in.” Our name and our greeting at the door.
A respectful Marwari greeting. Opens letters, menus and posts.
The loving insistence of a host. Our service style.
A respectful word for a meal. Names our Rajasthani mains.
“Have a little more.” Said when refilling a thali.
“Please come again.” Our goodbye.
We say
- “Padharo Sa! Your table is ready.”
- “Slow-cooked for hours in desi ghee.”
- “New to Rajasthani food? Start with the Dal-Baati-Churma Thali.”
- Dish names in Hindi first, then English.
We avoid
- Slang, all-caps shouting and “BEST IN TOWN!!!” claims.
- Calling our food “exotic” or “ethnic”.
- Discount-first messages that cheapen the welcome.
- English-only dish names on menus and signs.
