We are a family hospitality company bringing the warmth of Rajasthan to North India, through restaurants, stays, celebrations and food. It begins with Padharo Sa, our Rajasthani restaurant in Sector 6, Karnal.
In the desert, food and water were never plentiful. So when a guest arrived at the door, the house gave the best of what it had, and then insisted on a little more.
That insistence has a name in Rajasthan: मनुहार, manuhaar. Every business we build is built on it.

Our family comes from Ratangarh in Churu district, on the edge of the Thar desert. There, a meal is the highest form of respect. We grew up with dal-baati made at home on family days, bajra rotis with white butter, and one rule above all: no guest leaves hungry.

Our family has worked in rice since 1995. In 2021 we made Karnal our home, the heart of India's basmati country, where Mohinisagar Agro Exim runs its rice plant on Nadana Road, Taraori. Three decades of judging rice by hand taught us that good food begins with good ingredients, and that trust is earned one honest deal at a time.

Now Tejasv Upadhyay and Radhika Sharma are bringing both lessons to the table. Padharo Sa is a Rajasthani kitchen in Sector 6, Karnal, cooking our family's own recipes and serving every plate the way we serve our own.
“Padharo Sa is our next step: the taste of our homeland, for our new home.”
पधारो साTwo words at the door. A whole culture of hospitality behind them. The Rajasthani welcome
Mohinisagar joins the names of our forefathers, Mohini Devi and Sagar Mal Sharma.
Every signboard, every rice bag and every thali that carries the name also carries their blessing, and the standards they set for the family. It is a name we have to live up to every day.
